Hello!

When trying to find the sine of an angle, we can use the following formula:

sin B =
(opposite)/(hypotenuse)

In this case, we need to find the side opposite ∠B (which would be AC) and the hypotenuse (which would be BC). Now take the individual values of these two sides and insert them into the formula above:

sin B =
((16))/((17.46))

Reduce the fraction above to reach a value of 0.92. We have now proven that the approximate value of sin B is 0.92
