Epidemiologists work is important for they study the origin and causes of diseases by gathering health data, conduct scientific investigation, make study design and analyzed it to be used to develop and improve clinical and medical research.

Moreover, their profession help the non-medical society and their personal life by providing preventive measures of diseases, promoting health, saving and prolonging life.
