All things the Founding Fathers wanted to emphasize are capitalized in the Preamble. Such as Justice, Tranquility, Welfare, the Blessings of Liberty, and our posterity. The words Constitution, People of the United States, Order, and Union are also capitalized, as well as the name of our country.

Step-by-step explanation:
