Middle-aged people tend to be "effective" practical problem solvers...
Regardless of intellectual decreases related with propelling age middle aged adults work autonomously. They are similarly likely, if not more probable, than youthful grown-ups to pick effective procedures to solve problems. There are other factors involved in their efficacy such as experience, less emotional aggressiveness etc.
