Explanation:

7x^2+10x-3=x^2+3x

7x^2+10x-3-x^2-3x=0

6x^2+7x-3=0

6x^2+9x-2x-3=0

3x x (2x+3)-(2x+3)=0

(2x+3)x(3x-1)=0

2x+3=0

3x-1=0

x1=- 3/2

x2= 1/3
