(2x-8)(7x+5)=0
2x-8=0
Divide both sides by 2
X-4=0
Add 4 to both sides
X=4
7x+5=0
Subtract 5 from both sides
7x=-5
Divide both sides by 7
X=-5/7
X=4, x=-5/7
