Area in terms of x :

`(4x + 12)^(2) \\ = {16x}^(2) + 96x + 144`

No, it wouldn't be the same, for reasons below :
Assuming x = 2, that would make the ratio of the original rectangle and the larger rectangle 1 : 20.
Assuming x = 3, that would make the ratio of the original rectangle and the larger rectangle 1 : 24.
