Note: Probabilities are 14/95 and 2/5.

Solution:
If P(w1) and P(w2) are the probabilities of drawing two white cards without replacement, then
P(w1)*P(w2) = 14/95 and P(w1) = 2/5

Therefore,
P(w2) = (14/95)/P(w1) = (14/95)/(2/5) = 14/95 * 5/2 = 7/19

Then, probability of drawing a second white card given the first one is white is 7/19.
