•Intermolecular Forces influence the properties of liquids in terms of intensive properties like surface tension, boiling point, melting point(or freezing point), vapor pressure ,pressure, viscosity etc.
•If the intermolecular forces are high then the boiling point , freezing point , surface tension etc will also be high.
•This also influences the fluidity of liquids on basis of how it flows

Intermolecular forces are higher in liquids and the order goes like this ; liquid>gases>solids.

What is Intensive property?

•The property of substance that doesn’t depend on the quantity of size of matter present in the system
Examples : Density , Viscosity, Molar Volume , Temperature , Boiling point , freezing point , Pressure , Refractive index etc.
