we know that
[volume of the liquid]=[area of the base]*height
height=[volume of the liquid]/area of the base
volume of the liquid=441 cm³

area of the base=L*W
L=5 1/4 cm-----> (5*4+1)/4----> 21/4 cm
W=6 cm
area of the base=(21/4)*6-----> 31.5 cm²

height=[441 cm³]/31.5 cm²-----> 14 cm

the answer is
the height of the liquid is 14 cm
