I believe the answer would be B.. it has the steepest negative slope

The slope will be the steepest for the equation whose coefficient of the variable
x is the highest in magnitude. In other words this coefficient may be positive or negative. Only the magnitude matters.

A quick look at all the options given to us suggests that the second options has the coefficient of
x which has the greatest magnitude. This coefficient is -7.

Therefore, option B,
y=-7x+2, is the correct option.
