The Italian poet Dante Alighieri wrote thr Divine Comedy, in the Late Middle Ages. In his work he included themes, as Hell, Purgatory and Heaven. He describes his journey, a pilgrimage from Hell (his condition of moral confusions) to Paradise, having visions of God. Comedy is in the Classical sense, meaning that he believed that the whole universe is under God's control and the events in it are according to His will and the outcome will be for the good.

The answer C is the correct one. Accepting that suffering is part of God's plan.
