Heat of vaporization at the boiling point: water - 539 cal/g; alcohol - 204 cal/g; chloroform - 59 cag/g what probably causes chloroform to have the lowest heat of vaporization?

Due to chloroform has the lowest intermolecular forces among these molecules because both alcohol and water have hydrogen bonding as intermolecular forces while in case of chloroform only dipole-dipole interaction present which is weaker than hydrogen bonding
So chloroform has the lowest heat of vaporization
