Step-by-step explanation:
When x = 0. y = 0 ===> Coordinates (0, 0)
When x = 1, y = 4(1) = 4 ===> Coordinates ( 1, 4)
Plot the two points and draw the straight line.
The Wise Orange knows that you only need 2 points to plot a linear line.

Start at the bottom left where the two bold lines meet.
We cll that (0,0). Put a dot there.
From (0,0), go right on the x-axis until you reach "1". Then go up 4. Put a dot there are (1,4). Draw a straight line through those dots.
