This is an example of power of speech and charisma that influences that affects the people even if one person hold no power and position.

Sakai Lama, a recipient of Nobel Peace prize traveled the world and preached on the topic and peace and human welfare, women rights, Buddhism, Astronomy, non-violence and etc. He talked about the welfare Tibetans.

In 1959, he fled to India and started his new life as a refugee in India. Chinese people and press highly criticized him for his connection to India. He considered himself as the 'Son of India'.

This is an example of Charismatic power. The leader uses very good and persuasive communication skills to deliver his message. He easily attracts crowds and sways people to his opinion and ideas. He has a very attractive personality that draws the masses towards him.
