Our band practices on Mondays at Josef’s Thursdays at Lena’s and Saturdays at my house. What is the correct way to punctuate the sentence?

The correct answer is the following:

Our band practices on Mondays at Josef's, Thursdays at Lena's, and Saturdays at my house.

We place commas after each place where the band practices, in order to separate the ideas. It is also important to state that (in English) when enumerating, we should place a comma before the conjunction "and".
