The answer is -1 7/45.

First, convert the proper fractions into improper fractions. To do this, we have to multiply the whole number (number in front of the fraction) by the denominator and then add the numerator. We have to divide the result by the previous denominator.

2 3/5 = [(5*2) + 3)/5 = 13/5
-3 3/4 = [(4*-3) + 3]/4 = -9/4
Now, we have to divide the fractions. One simple solution is to take the reciprocal of the second fraction (the one being divided) and multiply it by the first.

13/5 ÷ -9/4 = 13/5 * -4/9 = -52/45 = -1 7/45.
