the correct question is
Find the volume of a cylinder of height 6" and base with circumference 16" pi.

96 pi cubic units
192 cubic units
384 pi cubic units

we know that
[volume of a cylinder]=pi*r²*h

circumference=2*pi*r-------> r=circumference/(2*pi)
circumference=16*pi in
so
r=16*pi/(2*pi)-----> 8 in

[volume of a cylinder]=pi*r²*h
r=8 in
h=6 in
volume=pi*8²*6------> volume=384*pi in³

the answer is
384*pi in³
