as aforementioned, the volume is just the product of the dimensions, you have all three, just get their product.
now for the area, check the picture below.
notice the prism, container, is really just 6 rectangles stacked up to each other at the edges.
front and back, two 2.5x3.7
left and right, two 2.5x5.2
top and bottom, two 5.2x3.7
so we just get the area of all 6, sum them up, and that's the area of the prism.
