What can you use a convex lens to do when you hold it close to an object?

Answer: The correct answer is : It is used to make the image of the object look bigger and further away. Each time the object is moved closer to the focal point, the image becomes larger and also further away. A convex lens is curved out to measure. The focal length decreases as the lens becomes more curved.

Clearly, moving the object closer to the lens makes the image become both larger and further away. As you move the object closer and closer to the focal point, the image will become further and further away. ... As expected the image moves further away and becomes much bigger than the object.
