Hello!

To find the circumference of a circle you use the equation

C = 2 \pi r

C is circumference
r is radius

Put in the values we know

C = 2 *\pi *3 (1)/(4)

Multiply the 2 and the 3 1/4

C = 6.5 \pi

The answer is
C = 6.5 \pi

Hope this helps!
