2) Either a or c... Glycolysis is the metabolic pathway that converts glucoseC6H12O6, into pyruvate, CH3COCOO− + H+.

4) id go with glucose based off of this-- (During this process, the fatty acids are directly broken down into a usable energy source. Likewise, the fat can be broken down to produce glucose through a process called gluconeogenesis. In this process, fatty acids are broken down to produce glucose which is another form of energy for the body. (not 100% tho sorry)
