I believe that the most appropriate label for this person's condition is mild neurocognitive disorder. Alzheimer's disease that is the most frequent cause of neurocognitive disorder in the elderly people. Mild neurocognitive disorder is defined by a noticeable decrements in cognitive functioning that goes beyond normal changes mainly in aging individuals.
