The distance traveled by a gas molecule in given time is called is rate of effusion or diffusion. Lighter gases have greater rate of diffusion or effusion as compared to heavier gases. In given question, Molar mass of each compound is as follow,

CO = 28.01 g/mol

O₂ = 32 g/mol

Ne = 20.17 g/mol

H₂ = 2.016 /mol

N₂ = 28 g/mol
Result:
As Hydrogen Molecule has the lightest mass, so it will travel the fastest among all given molecules.
