A client with recurrent episodes of nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain arrives at the hospital. Assessments by the primary healthcare provider reveal that the cremasteric reflex is absent, and emergency surgery is performed. What is the likely diagnosis?

The client's diagnosis is called Testicular torsion. This is the twisting of the spermatic cord as well as the contents and affects around 3.8 in every 100000 males below 18 years old.It has symptoms such as nausea, vomiting and scrotal pain specifically unilateral and the cremasteric reflex is absent with a high riding testicle . There should be a prompt surgical exploration that should be done once diagnosed.
