Allantois

Allantois is known to be extra-embryonic membrane of reptiles that helps in the exchange gases and handle liquid waste. Allantois function by storing waste from the embryo, thus, allantois fuse with the chorion to form chorioallantoic memnbrane which carries carbon dioxide and oxygen to and from the embryo.
