The correct answer is B.

Answer A has a redundancy in "the disorder called Lyme disease." One could just write: "Lime disease was named..."

Answer C has a redundancy in "the process of preparing." One could just write: "While one is preparing a will..."

Answer D has a redundancy in "basic fundamentals." One could just write: The fundamentals of gardening include..."

Only Answer B has no redundancy problem.
