Hello!
To find how many pieces of candy Jakobi ate, you first need to convert 3/4 into a decimal, 0.75. You'd then multiply 16 w/ 0.75 getting 12!
So, Jakobi ate 12 pieces of candy

She eats 3/4 of them
16 x 3/4
16 x 3 = 48
48/4 = 12
Jakobi eats
12 pieces of candy
