Keep, change, flip
(7/10)/(14/10) = 7/10 * 10/14 = 70/140 = 1/2<1
(7/10)/(14/20) = 7/10 * 20/14 = 140/140 = 1
1
(7/10)/(1/2) = 7/10 * 2/1 = 14/10 = 1.4
(7/10)/(4/5) = 7/10 * 5/4 = 35/40 = 7/8 < 1
