1. I am a quadrilateral with 4 right angles and opposite sides that are congruent. I can be either a square or a rectangle.
Squares and rectangles have 2 pairs of parallel sides. 4 right angles (90°). Their opposite sides are parallel and congruent and all angles are congruent.

2. I am a quadrilateral that always has 4 congruent sides. I can be either a rhombus or a parallelogram.
All four sides of a rhombus are congruent. Its properties include that each pair of opposite sides is parallel, also making it a parallelogram.

3. I am a quadrilateral with exactly one pair of parallel sides. I am a trapezoid.
A trapezoid is that it is a quadrilateral that has at least one pair of parallel sides. A square, therefore, would be considered a trapezoid.

4. I am a quadrilateral with two different sets of opposite sides that are congruent, opposite angles that are congruent and my opposite sides are parallel. I do not have 4 congruent sides. I can be either a parallelogram or a rectangle.
If a quadrilateral is a parallelogram, it has 2 sets of opposite sides congruent. If a quadrilateral is a parallelogram, it has 2 sets of opposite angles congruent.
