first just think of what makes the 9,6, and 1. if you do it correctly you can see that 3 and 1 fit perfectly into here. Your answer would be (3x-1)(3x-1)

9x² is the square of 3x and 1 is the square of 1 and we have a negative double product.

You know that (a² - b²) = a² - 2ab + b²

So, final answer is (3x - 1)²
