Answer:

8, 10, 12, 14

Explanation:

let the 4 consecutive integers be n , n + 2 , n + 4 , n + 6 , then

n + n + 2 + n + 4 + n + 6 = 44 , that is

4n + 12 = 44 ( subtract 12 from both sides )

4n = 32 ( divide both sides by 4 )

n = 8

n + 2 = 8 + 2 = 10

n + 4 = 8 + 4 = 12

n + 6 = 8 + 6 = 14

The 4 consecutive even integers are 8 , 10 , 12 , 14
