The claim becomes reliable as long as it is supported by evidence from real life. For example: Vitamin C from fresh fruit is better than artificial vitamin C from pills. (Claim) The body will keep its balance if it gets fresh intake of vitamin C since the defence mechanism will become stronger. If a cold is developed, the body will react fast and the cold will be cured. On the contrary, if the body is bombarded with chemicals, the defence mechanism will weaken. If the body takes in artificial vitamin C, it will react fast the first time a cold is developed , but the same will not happen , if another cold is caught. The body will not aknowledge the artificial vitamin ,once it has become accustomed to it. ( These examples may be part of the evidence).
