A fracture happens when there is an excessive force being applied to the bone causing it to break. Most bone fractures are being caused by either fall or accident yet there are also that is called pathological fracture due to a bone disease. There are fractures that break completely, others are just crack.Transverse fractures are the breaks across the bone at a right angle to the bone's axis specifically the long bone usually a result of a direct blow.
