total paid = 95

rent skis = 35

per hour = 15

1st step subtract the ski rental from total price to get how much she paid for hours of skiing:

95 - 35 = 60

now divide that by 15 per hour to find hours:

60 / 15 = 4 hours

equation: 95 = 15x +35
