A wedding planning business is setting up for an event. They are expecting 120 guests to participate. The manager at the reception center says that there are two options for the size of the tables. Small tables seat 2 people and large tables seat 6 people. An equation that could be used to find the combination of large and small tables needed for the event is 2x+6y=120. Here is a graph of the equation.
You may select more than one answer:
If the wedding planner chose to use small tables only, then 20 tables would be needed.
If 15 small tables are used, 15 large tables will be needed.
If 5 fewe large tables are used, 15 more small tables would be needed.
If 30 small tables are used, 5 large tables would be needed.
If no large tables are used, 60 small tables would be needed.
