Mass defect, m = 15.994915 - 8P+8N, Where P= Mass of a of proton = 1.00782503, N = Mass of a neutron = 1.0086649
Substituting,
m = 15.994915 - 8*(1.00782503+1.0086649) = -0.13700444
Binding energy = 931.48 MeV*m = 931.48*-0.13700444 = -127.62 MeV
