Hindsight Bias

Hindsight bias refers to the tendency to believe, after an event has occurred, that one would have predicted or expected the outcome. Ty Ling's comments suggest that she believed she had predicted the negative outcome (her daughter's computer being stolen) despite not actually having done so, which is an example of hindsight bias.

Is called a self-fulfilling prophecy. This is a prediction that becomes true due to a change in behavior that allows the prophecy to be fulfilled, this makes the person believe that their perception was true and consider the prophecy as real. This effect is very similar to the confirmation bias. The term was coined by the sociologist Robert Merton.

I hope my answer can help you.
