Answer:

During great depression some people turn towards less Democratic to solve the economic crisis like they turn toward command economy from free economy to curb the economic crisis.

Step-by-step explanation:

  • The great depression was ended and the prosperity restored only after the sharp reduction in taxes, spending, regulation till the end of world war II.
  • Franklin D. Roosevelt's New deal used government programs to help the nation recovering from the great depression.
  • The government created jobs by building new projects like roads, buildings, and Dams.
  • Businessmen and farmers got help from the government.
  • Slowly the economy becomes better until the advance of World War II.

Less democratic forms usually include economic means that are based on a command market system. Command markets are opposite of the free market systems and in a command system a government can choose what will be made and what sold and at what prices and  this is usually useful for solving things like economic crises.
