Hey,
To find this you would need to turn them into common denominators
5 * 10 50
– = –
10 * 10 100
Now you can add
35/100 + 50/100 And your answer is 85/100

First, get the common denominator. Do this by multiplying 5/10 by 10
35/100 + 50/100 = 85/100
Then,simplify :
17/20
