$8 = 6.49e^(0.0197t) \\ (8)/(6.49) = e^(0.0197t) \\ 1.232 = e^(0.0197t) \\ ln (1.232) = ln(e^(0.0197t)) \\ 0.2092 = 0.0197t \\ t = (0.2092)/(0.0197) = 10.6$
