Answer:

three identifying characteristics of arthropods are: " Jointed appendegas", "segmented" and bilateral symmetry"

Example: Scorpions have 8 jointed legs and a pair of pedipalps that are used for grasping prey and sensing.

Example: Leechs have soft, muscular, segmented bodies that can lengthen and contract.

Example: Starfish must use its body to move quickly, and its fleeing behavior strongly reflects its bilateral propensity.

Not copy and pasted! but did do research!

!Hope It Helps!

Crabs have an exoskeleton.
Spiders have Bilateral symmetry.
Lobsters are an invertebrate.

Although all these are arthropods and have all these characteristics in common.
