You will need Batteries, a flashlight, water, a radio, and a first aid kit . You will need Batteries just in case your flashlight or radio dies . You will need a flashlight to see if it’s dark outside. You will need a radio to listen to the news . Lastly you will need a first aid kit just in case you get hurt .

A disaster kit is usually defined as the collection of basic things that are required during the time of emergency.

This kits must have the following things-

• Water bottle- A sufficient amount of water must be kept for drinking purpose.

• Food- Food for atleast 3 days must be kept, in order to eat something during the time of scarcity.

• First Aid box- It is needed if a person is injured during any catastrophic events.

• Flashlights- Flashlights must be kept with an additional pair of batteries, which will be needed in darkness.

• Whistle- It is used to give signals as well as for communication purposes.

In addition to the above, a pair of clothes and shoes must be kept for an emergency.
