we know that
applying the law of sines
Area=(1/2)*a*b*sin C
in this problem
a=7 cm
b=8 cm
C=28°
Area=(1/2)*7*8*sin 28°-----> area=13.145 cm²--------> area=13.1 cm²
the answer is
13.1 cm²
