There are 4 suits in a deck, hence there will be 4 sevens in a deck.
Probability that you are not dealt a seven :
Answer : 12/13

Number of cards in a deck = 52
Number of sevens in the deck = 4
P(seven) = 4/52 = 1/13
P(not seven) = 1 - 1/13 = 12/13
Answer: 12/13
