M=(2+1 over 2 , 3+8 over 2)
You should get your mid-point

we know that

The coordinates of the midpoint between two points is equal to

M=((x1+x2)/(2), (y1+y2)/(2))

In this problem we have

(x1,y1)=A(-2,3)

(x2,y2)=B(1,8)

Substitute the values in the formula

M=((-2+1)/(2), (3+8)/(2))

M=(-(1)/(2), (11)/(2))

therefore

the answer is the option

M=((-2+1)/(2), (3+8)/(2))
