The answer choices are in the point slope form.
So using the two points on the line we can determine the slope and write the two equations.
Slope = (4 - (-8))/(-2 - (-4))
Slope = 12/2
Slope = 6
Now we know the slope we can use that to write the two equations.
The two equations will be:
y - 4 = 6 (x + 2)
y + 8 = 6 (x + 4)
B and E are the answers.
Hope this helps :)

(-2,4) and (-4, - 8)
slope = (4 + 8)/(-2+4) = 12/2 = 6
answers are E and B
y - 4 = 6(x + 2)
y + 8 = 6(x + 4)
