Hello!

First you look at the coordinates of the center

Center is (3, -2)

The equation of a circle is (x - a)^2 + (y - b)^2 = r^2

(a,b) is the center

The equation so far is

(x - 3)^2 + (y + 2)^2 = r^2

Next you look and see what the radius is

The radius is 3

The equation is

(x - 3)^2 + (y + 2) = 3^2

Square the 3

(x - 3)^2 + (y + 2) = 9

The answer is B

Hope this helps!
