no the slope is no 0.

if we have (-2,2) and (2,-2) then the slope is

slope = \displaystyle(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1) \\ = ((-2) - (2))/(2 - (-2)) = (-4)/(4) = -1

with (x1, y1) = (-2,2), the point slope form is

y - 2 = -1(x + 2)
