Photosynthesis:
Happens in Chloroplast
-Calvin cycle uses light energy to reduce CO2 into simple carbohydrates.

Cellular Respiration:
Happens in Mitochondria
-glycolysis, Kreb's & election transport chain

-Chloroplasts do not undergo the Kreb's Cycle
-Glycolysis takes place in the cytoplasm, not mitochondria
-Calvin Cycle occurs in stroma of chloroplast
-electron transport chain occurs in inner membrane of Mitochondria.

Answer C & D look close.
You may want to look in your lecture notes for any specifics your instructor may have wanted you to pay more attention to.

Hope that at least helped some.
